Josef has over 35 years of international experience in the petrochemical and energy industry. He held senior management positions at Mobil Oil, ConocoPhillips, and TotalEnergies, where he was responsible for refining, supply and trading, logistics, and infrastructure management across Europe, Asia, and North America. At Ferr ’n’ Roll, he oversees all operational and trading activities, ensuring precision, transparency, and long-term client value.
Konstantin Zimmer - Commercial Director (Member of the Board)
Konstantin is a business economist with a strong background in finance, advisory, and entrepreneurship. He began his career as a financial analyst at Commerzbank AG and went on to build his own business, advising partners in the petrochemical sector with commercial and strategic decisions. At Ferr 'n' Roll, he ensures that commercial operations run seamlessly, aligning the company's activities with financial and strategic goals.
Vasillis Pakas - Business Development Director
Vassilis has held senior management positions at leading Greek energy companies, giving him over 25 years of experience in energy markets, trading, and corporate development. He has built long-standing client networks and negotiated strategic partnerships across Europe, successfully introducing new products into competitive markets. At Ferr `n` Roll, he leads growth and business development, driving expansion in all our business departments and cultivating long-term client partnerships.
